Helping Animals in Need

Trumaine, Wendy and Mary Kate
Knowing that our animals are pampered and loved, we feel that we have the obligation to give back.
We work closely with two separate charities at Hounds Abound: Les Quatre Pattes www.sxmpaws.org and The Animal Rescue League www.theanimalrescueleague.org. Les Quatre Pattes is an French organization aiding in the rescue and rehabilitation of street dogs on the island of St. Martin in the Caribbean. St. Martin has no shelter system and no government aid for their animals and they are left to fend for themselves. The Animal Rescue League is a U.S. organization formed to work in conjunction with Les Quatre Pattes. It was set up in order to get homes in the states for these street dogs who have nowhere else to go, as well as give our donors a tax break when donating to either organization.
We have drop off boxes for food and any donations here at the daycare, so please stop in or call for a list of needed supplies, which we send out on a bi-monthly basis.

And of course there is the Animal Rescue League, with is a certified 501 C organization, so any donation of $20 or more is tax-deductible. Contributions can be sent to the following address:
