HOUNDS ABOUND and WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU!
DAYCARE BASIC REQUIREMENTS
1. A current vaccination record of your dog including rabies, DHLP-parvo, and especially the bordatella (kennel cough) as well as a negative fecal exam administered within the last 6 months: all have to be up to date. No puppies taken until their second round of shots has been administered.
2. Dog must be spayed or neutered with the only exception being puppies before the age of 6 months. Minimum age is 4 months.
3. Daycare agreement must be filled out and signed.
4. The first day of daycare (at full price) is a trial day where we can observe the dog to see how they interact with the rest of the pack and if this is the right environment for them. We will report back at the end of the day and if all goes well a regular schedule can be set up.
5. Food may be brought if you would like your dog to eat a snack or lunch while they are at daycare, but please NO personal toys. We cannot guarantee that they will come back in original condition.

Snow Days
Safety first for the puppies and for you!
- If snow is an issue there will be a voice message left on the Hounds Abound answering machine. Please call to check for limited hours or closures.
Cancellation Notice
Please let us know if you are unable to bring your dog to daycare.
- 24 hour cancellation is required in order not to be charged for the full day of daycare.
Late Pick Up
Don't be late!
- We close at 7pm weekdays and 5pm on Saturdays.
- Late pick up fee of $25 will be charged for the first fifteen minutes and an additional $10 every fifteen minutes after that.
